- You need 1 Tomato
- You need 1/2 Beetroot
- Get 1 Onion
- Provide 2 spoons grated cabbage(can add any other vegetables)
- Provide 1 tbsp pepper powder

- Provide 1 tsp cumin-coriander powder
- Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
Instructions to make Beetroot-Tomato Soup:
- In a cooker tin, put Tomato, peeled onion, chopped beetroot and grated cabbage.
- Cook for 2 whistles. Remove the Tomato skin.
- In a mixer jar, add cooked vegetables and grind to smooth paste.
- Add 1/2 glass water to smooth paste. Add pepper powder, salt and cumin-coriander powder, red chilli powder. Wait for a boil and soup is ready to serve.
