  2. Boiled water in a pot put the beans inside and cover the pot let it cook until soft. Add the meat stock let it cook a little.
  3. Add grinded pepper,onions, scotch bonnet and seasoning add palm oil as well, cover the pot and let it cook until the beans melted and thicken, then use whisk and whisk everything together. Enjoy
