- You need 2 big tomatoes
- Provide 1 Onion small
- You need 4 cloves Garlic
- Prepare 1 Beetroot/Carrot small piece optional

- You need 2 1/2 cup Water
- Use 1/4 tsp Sugar (optional)
- Use 1 tsp Corn flour
- Use as per taste Salt
- Provide as required Pepper powder
- You need 3-4 Bread pieces optional
- Prepare as required Ghee for toasting bread

- Finely chop the garlic, onion and tomatoes
- Heat oil in the pan. - Add finely chopped garlic and onions and saute for 1 min.
