The ingredients needed to make Gingerade:
- Prepare Ginger
- Prepare sugar
- You need jaggery powder
- Prepare honey
- You need water
- Provide piece of raw turmeric
- Use serving-
- Take black salt
- Use lemon juice
- Provide ice cubes
- You need Chilled soda or water
Steps to make Gingerade:
- Peel and cut the ginger and turmeric and with a cup of water blend them into of taste in a blender
- Now strain the paste by a thin strainer. If needed you can add some more water.
- Now put the strained liquid in a pot and cook on medium to low flame by adding sugar, honey and jaggery in it.
- Let it cook for 15 minutes. Now cool it down. You can store it in the refrigerator for 1 month.
- Now for serving in a glass take lemon juice black salt and 2 tablespoons of the refrigerated syrup.
- Top up it with sparkling water or soda. Add ice cubes and enjoy it chilled.
