- Take 500 gms Tomatoes
- Use 1 Bottle Gourd, medium size
- Prepare 12 Garlic Cloves
- Provide 2 inch Ginger

- Cut tomatoes and bottle gourd in small pieces, add 10-12 garlic cloves, 2 inch ginger. Add 500-700ml of water, pinch of salt and keep it to boil in a pressure cooker.
- Let it boil up to 3-4 whistles. This is how it looks after boiled.
- Let it cool, once cooled blend it using electric blender.
- Strain it using a sieve and keep it aside.
- For tempering, take Clarified Butter (Ghee) in a small pan and heat on medium flame. Add chopped ginger and saute until aromatic. Add this to your strained soup mixture and boil it on medium flame for 5-7 minutes or until one boil.
