The ingredients needed to prepare Cinnamon and Mixed Fruit Bagels:
- Take 500 grams stone ground wholemeal flour
- You need 15 grams dried active yeast
- Take 10 grams salt
- Provide 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- You need 4 tbsp olive oil
- Use 15 grams light muscavado sugar
- Provide 350 ml water
- Get 100 grams mixed dried fruit

- Pre-heat an oven to 190°C / 170°C fan and bring a pan of water to boil.
- One by one, boil each dough ring for 90s, turning over every 30s. Remove and place on a grease proof paper lined tray.
- Crack the egg into a cup and beat with a fork. Use this to egg wash each bagel.
- Place into the oven for 20-25mins or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
