- Use Muscavado sugar - at least 250 grams or as much as you like
- Prepare 4 tablespoons Vinegar -
- Get Tomato purée - at least a big spoonful
- Take Garlic - as many as you like, I use about 3/ cloves, don't bother peeling them squash if you want to
- Get 1 tablespoon Cornflour
- Take 1 Tablesoon of Oyster or fish sauce
- You need Worcester Sauce
- Use Chilli/ smoked Paprika, a dessert spoon or more if you like of both or either

- Firstly, only the sugar, tomato puree and vinegar are actually essential, all the other ingredients are up to your own taste buds !
- Tablespoon of cornflour mixed with the sugar
- Chuck all together and add some water into the mixture - until it all stirred up together, but not too much as you don't want it watery and you can always add more water if you like
