- Clean the fish. Cut the head and tail part (optional)
- Give a cut in belly part of fish and clean thus making a packet. - - Mix 1/3 each of chopped ginger and garlic, turmeric power, 1/2 tsp cooking oil and salt to make the marinade for the Trout fish.Marinate the fish with the above prepared marinade for 2 hours.
- Prepare the stuffing by mixing rest chopped ingredients, black pepper powder and salt as per taste. Stuff this mixture in the fish.
